Character perks unlock new things for your character to use in roleplay. I haven't yet determined how they will be earned. Most likely bought with character income.
3rd Weapon - Your character is allowed to carry three weapons instead of two.
Bodyguard - You can create a second profile for a bodyguard character that you will be allowed to roleplay as.
Special Mounts - You can purchase a special mount for riding during roleplay. (Note: You are only allowed to own a single mount at a given time.)
